How does my institution get program-level outcomes data for accreditation and other reporting?
CredLens gives 2- and 4-year institutions employment and earnings outcomes segmented by program, cohort, year, and demographic group. These data can support accreditation reviews, state performance-funding requirements, program evaluation, and other institutional reporting needs. You can access them on demand, without standing up a new research project for every reporting cycle.

How can CredLens support our institution’s Workforce Pell planning and reporting?
CredLens gives 2- and 4-year institutions program-level employment and earnings outcomes to use alongside completion and job-placement data when assessing short-term programs and preparing required reporting. These data can support Workforce Pell planning and documentation, but CredLens does not determine eligibility or replace federal or state review and reporting processes.
How does CredLens measure what credential holders actually earn after completing a program?
While alumni surveys can add useful context, meaningful earnings results depend on who responds and likely require repeated outreach. CredLens draws from multiple high-quality sources to show how earnings change over time for the people who earned your credential. Yes. CredLens was built for non-degree credentials, including certificates, certifications, and workforce training programs, but we can  — and do — measure degree-program outcomes alongside them. By matching directly against the credential records your institution already holds, CredLens can capture learners that enrollment databases and degree-focused tools may miss. You can see outcomes across your whole portfolio in one place, with degree and non-degree programs side by side.
Does CredLens rank institutions or make our outcomes data public?
No. CredLens does not rate, rank, or publish outcomes. Your results are returned only to your institution, and any external sharing — with an employer partner, state agency, or other organization — happens only with your permission. CredLens is a steward of your data, not a publisher of it.

How current is the data — is it a one-time snapshot, or does it keep updating?
CredLens refreshes your outcomes on a regular basis, so your dashboards reflect current results rather than a single point in time. Each dashboard shows its most recent refresh date, and you can track how program outcomes change year over year. Access is ongoing, not a one-time report.
