Walkthrough and scoping

We start with a structured conversation to understand your goals, the credentials you want to analyze, and the questions you most need answered. Together we assess your data and establish a project plan specific to your organization.

Data integration

Once the kickoff is complete, we work with you through four steps to take your credential holder records all the way to a validated, insight-ready dataset. We provide secure data transfer approaches that you can choose and establish access controls and user authentication for your team. You submit your credential holder data through our secure upload portal or one of the other methods when you’re ready.

You share your credential and credential holder data

Submit a list of credentials, alongside the credential holders for each credential you want to analyze, along with identifying information for matching and any demographic or program attributes for segmentation. You can also add customized data attributes to answer the questions that matter most to your organization.

Our team reviews your data  for completeness, standardizes formatting, and flags anything that could affect match quality before matching begins.

We match against multiple high quality outcomes data sources

We share your prepared data with our outcomes data partners, who match your credential holder records against their datasets and provide us with the results. 

Earnings
Payroll-based administrative sources providing longitudinal wage data at 1, 3, and 5 years post-completion.

Education
Credential stacking and continuing education patterns from verified enrollment and credentialing records.
We manage all data partner relationships and data use agreements on your behalf. No technical integrations with our data partners are required from you.

We validate and quality-check the results

Before any insights reach the platform, we run completeness and consistency checks on the enriched data. We review match rates, flag anomalies, and apply suppression rules where cohort sizes fall below the thresholds required to protect individual privacy. We also correlate data with industry taxonomies such as O*NET SOC, CIP, and NAICS codes.

Insights Delivered

Your team is onboarded to the CredLens Insights Platform and trained on how to navigate your dashboards, apply filters, and export data. From this point forward, you have self-service access to your outcomes insights along with a support channel through our Customer Success team.

Explore outcomes through interactive dashboards, filter by cohort and time period, compare credentials across your portfolio, and export data for your own reporting needs. Our platform is designed for ease of use with high-level summaries for a quick read, and the ability to filter, segment, and dig deeper for those who want it.
